However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange an item. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Simply inform us at [email protected], and we will process your cancellation request promptly. However, if your order has already been shipped or booked for shipping within the 24-hour window, we may not be able to cancel the order. In such cases, a 10% fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect or Defective Product Delivery:
  • If the product delivered does not match the item description on our website.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.

Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as the product not meeting your expectations, a change of mind, refusal to accept the delivery, incorrect or insufficient address provided, or tampering with the product by the customer.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us of any damaged or defective product within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic or video evidence.
  2. Do not accept products with damaged or tampered packaging.
  3. Ensure the products are unused and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and invoices.
  4. Package the return items securely to avoid any damage during transit.
  5. Contact our customer care team for assistance with the return process.


In cases where a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund through the original payment mode. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed from the date we receive the returned item at our facility.

Please note:

  1. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.
  2. We do not offer refunds for in-transit damage; replacements will be provided in such cases.
  3. Final decision of the refund will be made by our operations team after analysing the refund request.
