1. General
1.1. Agreement: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“the User,” “You,” “Your,” or “Customer”) and Export Hut (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2. Eligibility: To use this Site and make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using our Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
1.3. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Account Registration
2.1. Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You can create an account via the “My Account” page or during the checkout process. Providing a valid email address is mandatory.
2.2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3. Vendor Accounts: These Terms primarily govern customer accounts. Vendor registration and obligations are governed by a separate Vendor Agreement.
3. Orders, Payments, and Pricing
3.1. Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or divide orders.
3.2. Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
3.3. Payment: We accept payments via PayPal, major credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways as indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
3.4. Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather confirms that we have received it. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract will occur upon dispatch of the product(s).
4. Order Changes & Cancellation
4.1. Time Limit: Customers may request changes or cancellations to an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our Customer Support.
4.2. Post-24 Hours: After 24 hours, orders are sent to our fulfillment and logistics teams and cannot be changed or canceled. We encourage you to review your order carefully before and immediately after placing it.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination address, package weight, and dimensions. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
5.2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. Export Hut is not responsible for these charges. Refusal to pay these charges will not be grounds for a refund.
5.3. Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect address information provided by you.
5.4. Shipment Acceptance & Refusal: Shipments are sent via reputable international couriers like FedEx. You are responsible for accepting the delivery. If a shipment is refused by the recipient at the destination or returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable after multiple attempts), the customer will be held responsible. In such cases, the original order amount, including shipping fees, will not be refunded. Any costs incurred by ExportHut for the return of the shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Goods
6.1. No-Return Policy: We maintain a strict no-return policy. We take extensive measures, including rigorous quality checks and pre-dispatch verification, to ensure every product sent from our facility meets our high standards and matches your order perfectly.
6.2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the exceptional and unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or is demonstrably incorrect due to our error, you must report the issue to our Customer Support team within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.
6.3. Reporting Process: To report such an issue, you must provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage or error, and clear photographic and/or video evidence.
6.4. Resolution: Upon verification of a genuine fault on our part, our standard resolution is to issue Store Credit for the value of the product. Due to the high cost of international reverse logistics, we do not offer cash refunds or exchanges. The decision to issue store credit is at the sole discretion of Export Hut after reviewing the evidence provided.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Ownership: All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Export Hut or its respective vendors and is protected by international copyright laws.
7.2. Product Content: The intellectual property rights for the products themselves, including their designs, images, and descriptions, belong to the respective vendors who create them and are licensed to Export Hut for use on this Site.
7.3. Limited License: You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any of its related systems or networks.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Export Hut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or from the purchase of any products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any and all claims related to your use of the Site or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the competent courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.
